- Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds due to change of mind or incorrect sizing purchased by the customer. We therefore encourage you carefully select your items from our store and refer to sizing charts and product descriptions. If there is an issue with sizing due to production error, you can then refer to below 'faulty' item policy.
- If you order arrives faulty or damaged, Sukoo will be able to offer a refund, exchange or store credit if the following criteria is met.
1. Customer is to report any issues within 48hours of parcel arriving
2. Items are to be returned to our address in an unused condition with tags on, as purchased.
3. Images of faults are attached

- Refunds, exchanges or returns are not available with swimwear due to hygiene reasons
